Hi, I'm Roxi
At age 40, I went from "couldn't touch my toes" to the most flexible and strong I have ever been!

Building end-range strength
It's all good and well being flexible, but are you also strong? Building strength in your full range will not only help to avoid injury (but also get you out of sticky situations such as helping you to manoeuvre your hips to retain your guard/escape mount/maintain mount more easily!)
Improving flexibility
Improving full body flexibility to have access to a greater range of motion, allowing you to build the strength and become a powerful force on the mats
Developing overall roll confidence
